My work is grounded in precision, discipline, and deep respect for ingredients, from properly seasoned rice to carefully selected fish. Over the years, I have developed strong knife skills, consistency in execution, and the ability to work efficiently in high-pressure kitchen environments while maintaining quality and presentation.

I take pride in creating sushi that balances flavor, texture, and visual simplicity. For me, sushi is not just food but a reflection of technique, patience, and hospitality. I am constantly refining my skills, learning new methods, and striving to give every guest a memorable dining experience, whether through a simple nigiri or a full omakase-style service.
