Culinary school grad and Holistic Nutrition & Wellness student who is passionate about food and passionate about health.

I am a professional chef and a recent graduate of the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts, where I earned a 4.0 GPA and was recognized on the President’s List. I have been cooking and developing recipes for over 20 years, building a strong foundation in technique, creativity, and flavor.

I am currently pursuing a degree in Holistic Nutrition and Health, driven by my belief that food has the power to heal. My goal is to create thoughtful, nourishing dishes that support well-being while remaining satisfying, balanced, and full of flavor.
