I am a professional chef with over 10 years of experience. I have been an executive chef for 7 years providing specials and catering in addition to the daily menus. I have a degree from Le Cordon Bleu in Cambridge, MA. I am ServSafe certified.

I love all styles of food, am comfortable with dietary restrictions and love to work with customers to give them what they want.

I have worked in fine dining and casual dining and enjoy challenges! My schedule is flexible and I really enjoy teaching people to cook.

We surprised my parents for their 45th wedding anniversary with this unique gift and Chef Ashley did not disappoint! From the beginning she presented several different menu options and helped work with me to customize what would work best for that evening. She was available to answer any questions I had from the time we moved forward in hiring her to the actual dinner a month later. My parents haven't stopped talking about the dinner! Ashley was amazing! She was very professional, she engaged in our conversation and answered all our questions. She served beautiful dishes and even brought a complimentary pairing for dessert and breakfast items for the next morning. It will be a meal that is not soon forgotten!
