I'm a private chef, caterer and owner of Southern Flair with Chef Brandi LLC. I was runner up of Fox's hit culinary show, MasterChef: season 7, where I had the opportunity to train under greats like Gordon Ramsey, Christina Tosi, Chef Edward Lee of Louisville, KY, Aaron Sanchez, Richard Blais, and many more. I strive to create an individually unique culinary adventure for every client. My specialty is upscale Southern, but my palate and culinary skills are very diverse.

I learned to cook at...

I learned as a child to cook from my grandmothers at an early age. I was then fortunate enough to train under Gordon Ramsey, Edward Lee, etc

A role model in the kitchen is...

Chef Daniel Boulud. He is an amazing chef who aspires to make his apprentices and guests alike feel appreciated and welcomed in his presence.

My secret in the kitchen is my palate, creating flavor combinations that capture the attention of all the senses.

chef Brandi Alexander was phenomenal!! Highly recommend her and the food she created! Would hire her again for another very special event. Cannot say enough great things about her! Could not pick a favorite course although we all kept talking about her fried green tomatoes and the blackberry bourbon cake :)

Chef Brandi was amazing. All her dishes were excellent and her banana pudding was world class!
