Having worked across the country, Chef Brandon made Denver his home in 2013 and quickly climbed the ranks to become Executive Sous chef at various establishments including 1515, Atticus, and The Rosedale. As Executive Chef for Black Bird Public House, Red Square European Bistro, and The District, he showcased his passion for flavor, presentation, and community. Now, Chef Brandon brings his expertise to Cirque Kitchen where he crafts innovative world street food through his food truck or custom private catering experiences.
