Chef Brent was outstanding and didn't miss a beat! He catered a dinner party for 10 of us in town for the Derby. We asked for a "Taste of Kentucky" and that is exactly what he gave us! Each and every food and drink item he created was magnificent...hands down one of the best meals we've ever eaten.
