I am a professional chef from Sydney, Australia with many years of experience in restaurants all over the world including Michelin star rated kitchens and a restaurant rated in the top 50 in the world in the San Pellegrino list. I am classically trained and went to culinary school here in Louisville, Kentucky. I've cooked in a broad range of different restaurants including Modern Australian, Southern, Argentine, Modern American, South East Asian, French, Mediterranean to name but a few.
