30 years of full time work following an apprenticeship training program with experience in restaurants, catering, events, concessions & bakeries. Personal, Corporate, Retail, & Wholesale experience also. Multiple Industry awards such as 1993 Indianapolis Junior Chef of the Year, 1994 National Chef of the Year Nominee, 1999 Indianapolis Chef of the Year, 2000 Chef Professionalism Award, Named One of America's Top 10 Sous Chef's in 2001. Active in local Charities & Schools throughout the Indianapolis area.
