I’m Cathleen Castaneda, a private chef with over 20 years of experience, creating personalized, seasonal, and organic meals for high-profile clients,

I trained at the Culinary Institute of America and feel incredibly grateful to have worked with chefs like Suzanne Goin and Alice Waters early in my career. Being surrounded by such inspiring mentors taught me the value of seasonal, ingredient-driven cooking and that simplicity, when done right, can be truly powerful. Since then, I’ve continued to work alongside and support other amazing local chefs in Los Angeles, while also working with high-profile clients throughout my career. In addition to owning and operating my own restaurant, I privately cater several times a week — bringing thoughtful, heartfelt food to people in their homes, whether it’s for weekly meal prep or special gatherings
