After completing my AOS degree at the Culinary Institute of America I have worked in the industry at some of the best organizations.
The Four Seasons Hotel in Washington DC, the Palm Restaraunt group both DC and the Tysons Corner location, to my current position as Executive Chef of Corporate Dinning for one of the oldest contract food service groups in America.
I wld describe my food as straight forward American Regional and authentic international influence. If you are looking for real food, with honest ingredients that isn't overly complicated, I am the chef you are looking for.
