Passionate, energetic, health focused chef, experienced with all cuisines and able to deliver gorgeous and delicious meals.

After years of working as a Private Chef in California, Chris’ reputation for great food and amazing customer service was getting him noticed. In 2006, he introduced Chris Brugler Catering which quickly found its

place as one of Los Angeles’ premier caterers. With clients like Disney, Valentino, Volkswagon, Netflix, Cartier, and Tory Burch; Chris Brugler Catering is on the forefront of culinary excellence.

With Chris at the helm of so many large events he has had the opportunity to train and create great relationships with cooks who became chefs that eventually ran large scale events for Chris when he had multiple events on the same night.

Chris never would have imagined doing so many dinners each weekend from LA, Palm Springs to San Diego but he is positioned perfectly by calling on his amazing team that he has cultivated over the last 15 years to be the executing onsite chef.

Chris has taken the positive out of the current situation and shifted his focus to growing the business, client relations and handling all of the prep and organization so the consistency is the same for each dinner.

This also allows his large team to continue to work and thrive in these uncertain times.

Not being the executing chef on every dinner has allowed him more time with his son Oliver (AKA O Dog) who loves being in the kitchen and creating his own recipes and plating style.

Chris uses locally sourced, seasonal products and prides himself on using nothing but the finest and freshest ingredients to deliver you an unforgettable meal. Now with catering and private chef services that extend nationwide, Chris Brugler is a household name.

With more than 20 years of experience, Chris Brugler's passion for food has never wavered. He has been working diligently on recipes for those in need of clean and healthy dining options as well, knowing that you don't have to sacrifice flavor to eat healthy. He established safe handling and food service practices that needed no change to comply with recent pandemic guidelines and has ensured clean, safe, and wipeable storage for his delivery services as well.

Our team takes temperature upon arrival, prior to entering the clients home

I graduated with a Bachelors of Arts in Culinary Arts from The Restaurant School at Walnut Hill College, Philadelphia, PA

A role model in the kitchen is...

I had two great role models when I was first starting out, Paul Bocuse and Joel Antunes. Both master chefs gave me a real appreciation for the craft.

A cooking secret...

Less is more. Not everything needs to be cooked with butter. Also, you can taste quality. Using good quality spices and ingredients is important.
