Dakota Roller, a chef of 10 years experience, has spent an extensive amount of time learning and gaining experience on how to effectively create a tasty and unique experience for the guests in their own home that mimics the feel of a fine dining restaurant. He has developed a taste for organic and natural ingredients that the guests will find have a much more rich and luscious flavors than conventional ingredients. Furthermore, the chef finds that natural, high quality meats are not only more flavorful, but far more healthy and nutrient dense than a conventionally grown meat. Chef Dakota was amazing. He was friendly and professional, and the food was better than any I’ve had in a long time. He left the place spotless, too. We would definitely hire him again.
