I'm the owner and driving force behind Smash N Dash Food Truck, where " Sexy Food" isn't just a catchphrase, it's a promise. My kitchen is where bold Mexican Latin flavors flirt with the finesse of American Fine Dining. Before putting my stamp on the streets, I sharpened my skills in some of Las Vegas most respected kitchens. As Master Cook /Banquette Chef at Ceaser Palace and Flamingo Casino, I turned classic dishes into showstoppers for a city that never settles for ordinary. I've also worked as Sous Chef at Portion Control and Carson's Kitchen, where precision met creativity in every plate. Cooking, for me isn't a job, it's an obsession. I'm a vanquished Chef in the sense that I've fought my way through the Heat, Chaos, and high stake of the culinary world and come out with sharper instincts and a deeper hunger for excellence. Danny did a phenomenal job. We hired him to cook for 3 families for my wife’s 40th birthday. He made an amazing meal for the adults and made child friendly dishes for seven kids. Everything was delicious and he was super accommodating.

Chef Daniel was fantastic! He took a very large service request and navigated it with ease, along with his team. From menu creation, operations, service delivery and more. Our gig was 2 meals a day for almost a month and came with a lot of logistical hurdles and Daniel killed everything with ease, grace and deliciousness! Thanks for taking such good care of our Guests!

Chef Danny and Chef Julian were great! Chef Danny worked with me to come up with a menu and he did not disappoint. He definitely made this Valentine’s Day one for the books!

Wonderful experience having Chef Daniel create and cook a phenomenal meal for a friends get together. All my questions regarding the menu were answered promptly online prior to the date. He asked all relative questions regarding likes/dislikes, allergies, etc. He arrived with all necessary items needed for the meal and got started prepping immediately. When he was asked questions on ingredients and cooking instructions by my guests, he answered them in detail and with enthusiasm. Daniel is a chef that truly enjoys what he does. His son, Julien, who is in currently in culinary school assisted Daniel in the kitchen. He is a polite young man with a bright future ahead of him in the culinary arts. They cleaned up and the kitchen was left spotless. My friends and I will be talking about this experience for a long time.

It was an incredible experience, reminiscence of dining at one of the finest restaurants but much better! Daniel is an excellent chef and his attention to detail was amazing, and his service impeccable.
