I specialize in Latin Cuisine and American Cuisine. I have worked at Trader Vic’s in California, Banquet Chef and Mastercook at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, Banquet Chef and Mastercook at Flamingo Casino in Las Vegas, and Carson’s Kitchen in Las Vegas Nevada.
