am a passionate French professional chef ,more than 25 years of experience , cooking fine dining as well as more Casual diner. I love to share a great dining experience with mi guest , I love to cook with fresh sea food and vegetables that in saison I grow mi self at mi farm , am very flexible in the to accommodate special diet and needs and I can accomadate small groupe as well as large diner or corporate fontions , I do cooking classes as well, and have currently a cooking book in the work.
