I am an experienced, passionate chef with a meticulous attention to detail and presentation.

I am a professional chef with over 22 years of experience in the culinary field, and 26+ years in the industry. I was classically trained as a sushi chef by 2 japanese master chefs who cut me no slack, but gave me the skills of my trade and to whom I owe immense gratitude.

I have a specific emphasis in sushi and Asian cuisine, but I also have significant experience in other culinary areas including Mexican, Italian, and French cultures.
