I was raised in New York City by parents of Caribbean and Hispanic descent from the Dominican Republic, where food was always a central part of family and culture. Being exposed to both styles early on shaped the way I approach cooking today—bold, balanced flavors with a strong sense of tradition behind them.

As a former restaurant owner, I bring a professional, detail-driven approach to every experience. My focus goes beyond just the food—I pay close attention to presentation, timing, and overall atmosphere to create a dining experience that feels seamless and elevated.
