I am a graduate of the French Culinary Institute (now the International Culinary Center) of NYC. I am a professional chef with experience in multiple 2-Star & 3-Star Michelin rated restaurants while working under such chefs as: Chef Masa Takayama & Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten in NYC, Chef Daniel Boulud in Palm Beach, and Chef Michael Schwartz in Miami. I specialize in French, Japanese, Italian, and American cuisines. I am experienced in instructing both group & private cooking classes, sushi making and dumpling making tutorials. I am also well versed in private, residential cheffing, and high-volume event catering.

Chef Dave is absolutely INCREDIBLE! Could not possibly recommend him more. He helped curate a fantastic menu for six guests. I am vegetarian, but the other five guests are not. He easily managed my dietary restriction without sacrificing on flavor for all the other guests. We wanted quite a bit of food, and he certainly brought more than enough and offered us the leftovers. We went back and forth on the menu until we found the right mix and quantity.
Our personal favorite menu items:
- stuffed squash blossoms - we ended up eating two servings of this, absolutely incredible)
- homemade pasta with bolognese (impossible meat for me//real for everyone else)
- grouper with an incredible sauce
We also asked for wine pairings the day before and he actually brought the wine with him with extra bottles, all without an extra up charge.
He is also incredibly professional and knowledgeable. All around SO easy to work with. We will absolutely be booking again the next time we are in southern Florida.
