I am a young culinary professional with knowledge and craft beyond my years. When it comes to learning new techniques and developing new flavors, I'm both a Wizz and a sponge. I have a thirst and passion for the art of cooking that started when I was a dishwasher at the age of 15. Going on 23 years of age, I've been in the field for almost 8 years, constantly learning and pushing myself to be the best self I can be. I've honed my techniques in both fast pace restaurant environments, as well as large scale catering and school environments. I have nutritional knowledge and many other tools at my disposal.
