I’m a private chef and sous chef, 26 yrs old. I studied at Sullivan University and obtained my Associates Degree in Culinary. Going through courses such as basic culinary, Ice sculpting, international and baking. I was the head Chef at Hugo’s Italian Restaurant in 2019-22, started my private chef and catering business, 2023 moved to Cleveland and became a cook at a Country Club, a sous Chef at a Restaurant in twinsburg,oh I also have Mixologist Experience of 8 years.
