I work recently just returned from working as a chef in 2 restaurants in Vail Colorado for the last 4 years

I specialize in classic French and Italian cuisine and techniques. Along side a vast knowledge of high graded meats, steaks, chops and other exotic proteins.

I can create dynamic creative menus for any occasion, dietary restriction or allergy.

I absolutely love to teach people about new flavors, techniques, and dishes.

Great experience, Portions were plentiful with yummy left overs in the fridge. We had to pace ourselves but it was amazing watching the plates come to life in front of us.
