I am something like a whale swimming with his mouth wide open absorbing everything until I have what I truly need. So yes I love cooking!!!
Greatings beautiful people!! I am Chef Washington I been a chef for 7 years. I graduated from culinary school in Houston Texas, while in culinary school I worked in Caribbean, and west African mom and pop restaurants washing dishes and prepping and being A line cook. After culinary school I intern at the French laundry for 6 months and got hired permanently for A year, I was A Executive Sous at A restaurant in Scottsdale name The Ends for 2 years. I was A Sous chef at Cafe Monarch and also A Sous chef at Wrigley Mansion. I am an Afro Diasporic chef. I have built relationships with farmers in Arizona and I create A farm to table experience, with Caribbean, African, and creole, and also Spain and Soul food flavors with A French technique . My goal is to follow the slave trade and to let people of all colors experience history and let us join together over A beautiful plate of food with A real conversation. I can’t wait to hear from you and be able to give you A beautiful experience that you and your love ones deserve.
