I have a creative style of cooking. With over ten years of experience I've developed specialties in soul food cuisine as well as authentic Jamaican dishes. I believe in food for the soul, when cooking it is expressed through my food. The passion behind my dishes allows me to know a multitude of ethnic styles of cooking. Chef Dee and Daunte were amazing. The food was delicious and exactly what I needed for a big family gathering for my husband’s 40th birthday party. I asked for the display for his dinner to look a little more special and they did that perfectly. Our family is mixed and used to all types of flavors which was important to us and they definitely delivered with lots of savory and ethnic dishes. Can’t wait to hire them again!

Such a great experience. Food was delicious, and chefs were so kind. We would totally do it again!

Punctual, very cleanly with the cleanup, delicious food, very courteous and even threw in some after dinner trivia humor. Could not recommend more. My wife was very happy with our anniversary dinner.

Dee was simply wonderful! The food was perfect and my husband said it was the best gin and tonic he had ever had. The kitchen was clean and perfect at the end of the night. She did a fantastic job creating a wonderful evening for my husbands 60th!

Chef Dee Austin was a pleasure to have in our home. She is very professional, and was kind to share her knowledge of the incredible dishes she prepared for our family and friends. This was such a treat for us, from the beginning with mouth watering appetizers, then the “over the top” main dishes, and then finishing with a “drop the mic” dessert to the end with a smile. Chef Dee was awesome! Each dish was better than the other. I would recommend Chef Dee for any occasion. She was professional, attentive and I want her spinach dip every day.

Aside from being friendly and sweet, our chefs prepared incredible meals for me and my husband. All of the food was fresh, wonderfully seasoned, and expertly prepared. Courses were timed perfectly, presented to us graciously, and with an informative explanation of the dish we were about to enjoy. They were extremely well organized and left our home in immaculate condition. It was a most delicious and pleasant evening.

I was very nervous about hiring a chef online for my important, meaningful at home event (a mini surprise wedding celebration for a friend who eloped). Chef Dee not only exceeded my expectations and eased all of my concerns, but she made me want an excuse to hire her again! All of my guests asked me for her info afterwards. I could write an extremely lengthy review but I will try to keep it short and helpful: Chef Dee was very professional an communicative. She kept in touch and was extremely collaborative on terms of cheating the menu together. Her day of communication was great as well, and she arrived promptly and served dinner exactly on time. She juggled a variety of dietary restrictions her came up with a delicious menu that everyone enjoyed. You would never know that items were dairy free! Everything was plated and served beautifully and with a smile which really elevated the evening. They even helped to plate a cake we ordered spectate from her cooking. We had multiple guests in the food industry present and they wanted the recipes! My kitchen was spotless when they left. I’m actively looking for an excuse to throw another dinner party just so I can hire Dee again! Honestly can’t say enough great things.

We had a great experience with Chef Dee. She made my mother-in-law’s birthday dinner a huge success and was very accommodating about specific allergies and dietary restrictions in the group. All the food was delicious!

Chef Dee was fantastic! The food was out of this world. She was extremely professional and communication was flawless. She was able to work out a different menu and really work with us. Not to mention the kitchen was spotless upon her departure. I will definitely be using her again for future plans!

Dee was amazing!!! She was easy to work with, catered the menu to our liking (and made changes based on dietary needs and allergies) and her food was absolutely delicious! We loved everything, was such a treat! And to my surprise, the kitchen was spotless when they left! Would 10/10 recommend her and will definitely be calling again!!!
