Philadelphia chef who started as a private chef 12 years ago. My cooking style ranges from upscale casual to tasting menu always emphasizing local.

I have almost 13 years experience ranging from private chef to Chef de Cuisine of a 120 seat restaurant. My cuisine experience in restaurants includes French, Italian, American, and Seafood/Coastal Cuisine. I have worked in Philadelphia restaurants for the last 6+ years, while still working as a private chef for supplemental income. I have also worked as a chef and private chef on Nantucket, MA.

While I do use international ingredients, I try to cook local as much as possible because I think that is how we are intended to eat.
