I'm a detail oriented chef serving up authentic Mediterranean and Middle Eastern flavors, igniting our charcoal, and bringing people together!
Growing up in a family of passionate restaurateurs, I was destined for a life of flavor and hospitality. At just 13, I started working in my family's restaurant, learning the secrets of Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisine from my parents, aunts, uncles, and grandparents - the ultimate teachers. By 24, I'd become a pastry chef and opened my own bakery. A few years later, I took on the challenge of running the federal courthouse cafeteria in New York. After marrying my partner, we joined forces to create Flame & Flavor, a catering company that brings the warmth and authenticity of Mediterranean cuisine to events of all sizes. As a woman-owned business, I take pride in every aspect of what we do. With my husband by my side, we're dedicated to delivering unforgettable delicious experiences.
