I'm a professional chef who has over 25 years of professional restaurant and catering experience. I attended culinary school in San Francisco and interned under Thomas Keller at Bouchon in Yountville, Ca. I've worked all over the country from private clubs to being a chef at a boarding school for Olympic development skiers and snowboarders in the Rocky Mountains. I truly love going to work every day and enjoy satisfying people with the flavors I put together even more. You can taste the love in every dish I create and being able to explain and describe my process of thought is a blessing to share. My undying passion for the kitchen shows in every meal.
