I started cooking at a young age with my grandparents and my mother, and I was fortunate enough to get a few restaurant jobs early on. I soon fell in love with kitchens, catering, and knew I wanted to become a Chef. I spent most of my career working in Miami and was lucky to work with James Beard nominated chefs. Today, I want to bring my experience and vast range of cooking to you.

Eric created an amazing dinner for my boyfriend’s surprise birthday. Everything tasted amazing and the presentation was great! Eric was so personable and clearly put a lot of thought into make our menu special to us. Eric was fabulous to work with, so professional, clean and very sweet. I highly highly recommend him! We can wait to have him again for our next event!

Chef Eric was incredible from start to finish. He was able to truly create a fantastic meal for my wife and I on our anniversary night. 10 out of 10 and my wife and I are already brainstorming when we can book Chef Eric again!
