10 years in the Culinary Industry and counting. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institution Management, majored in Culinary Arts. I am a proud graduate of De La Salle College of Saint Benilde. At the age of 19, I began my professional career as an intern in the USA specializing in the preparation of Italian cuisine. I continued my career as a seafarer at the banquets of Celebrity Cruises. Working as a line cook at the galley of Celebrity Eclipse, a luxury cruise ship. After which I would return to the United States to continue my culinary career further. I hold a strong proficiency in the preparation of various cuisines including Asian, Italian, American, French and a little Latin American. Throughout my career I have traveled the world (35 countries), meeting people across different continents and learning about their food and culture.

I ran a home-based bakery in Makati City, Philippines called BakedbyFeliz known for my Cinnamon Rolls, Edible Flower Wedding Cakes and Chocolate Chunk Cookies. Featured in various platforms like Eatsplorations, When in Manila, Lets eat pare, My-best.ph, The Scoop Asia, Our Awesome Planet and many more.

At home helping our maids prepare for parties growing up. By reading cook books and binge watching Food Network as a kid. Then Culinary School.

A cooking secret...

The key is organization and cleanliness. It is my top priority before getting my hands busy. It makes me feel in control and at peace with my cooking.
