I have 13 years restaurant experience, and 3 years as an executive chef, and I have honed my culinary skills in restaurants in Hilton Head, South Carolina, Denver, Colorado, and now Richmond, VA. I am experienced with having worked events ranging from tasteful private events to family-oriented, picnic style gatherings. I am bilingual, easy to work with, and welcome suggestion to improve my client experience. I love to hand-make all pasta, and try to focus on regional and seasonal dishes. My wife is a vegetarian, so vegan/vegetarian options are no problem!
