I am currently working on posting menu's, due to my current work schedule, I do not have a lot of opportunities to do that many events, please feel free to contact me directly as it is more easy to communicate.
I am Hotel Chef, I have worked in 4 different countries, including 3 Caribbean Islands. My specialty is Caribbean Cuisine with a splash of Soul Food as I grew up in the South, in Virginia. I specialize in Jamaican, Haitian, Puerto Rican and Domincan. I am well versed in all types of cuisine. I am currently an Executive Sous Chef in the banquet department for a large Marriott Hotel and Spa.
