Professional chef with 13 years of experience in hotels and restaurants, I have a degree in culinary arts from the Polytechnic Institute of Guanajuato, in addition to learning in different restaurants 3 Michelin stars in Europe.
I was in charge as executive chef of hotels and restaurants in Mexico (SMA, Gto, Mx city) and New York (Black Ant) throughout my career.
Right now I am about to open my own project at the beginning of 2020.
I'm sure we will have a unique and unforgettable dinner.
