I’m about to graduate from the cia with my Bachelor’s in business at the cia and I specialize in Italian and Spanish cuisine. I’ve done two successful pop up restaurants in the past and look to continue my culinary journey as a private chef. I’ve done lots of fine dining as well and went to stash at many restaurants in the city where I got to learn many different lifestyle and techniques in the kitchen.
