I am a culinary school graduate with 9 years of professional cooking experience and three years of culinary management. I am customer driven and love teaching methods of cooking. I am a creative thinker with a passion for bringing the unknown to the table for my clients. I pride myself on my ability to cook whole and natural with local, fresh ingredients.
