Get to know me better

Food is a large part of many cultures, I enjoy showing those cultures to others by cooking.

My name is Haley and I am a professionally trained chef with 6 years of experience. I started cooking professionally at 15 in high school culinary classes. I am now a proud graduate of The Culinary Institute of America in New York. I have interned at The Los Angeles Country Club during my summer semester, worked a work study job at our school cafe making breakfast, drinks, and serving beer, and did my required semester at a restaurant in the school American Bounty Restaurant. During my years in the industry I have realized I want to work with families or smaller crowds because my work shines the most this way. I also enjoy making cultural foods and branching out of my comfort zone to give people what they want. I am Mexican American and enjoy showing people my culture through my cooking.
