I am a chef with 15 years of culinary experience. I recently moved to Oahu from Alaska. I have experience with wild game and seafood. I really enjoy finding out what my guests preferences are and curating a menu just for them. Dietary restrictions are no issue. I LOVE what I do and I truly enjoy cooking for others. This is more than a passion it is my life and nothing makes me happier.
