I am a passionate home trained chef with some professional experience working as a prep cook and line cook. I started learning how to cook at a young age with my grandma and have self taught baking and some pastry/dough experience. I love hosting and putting a twist on classic dishes. I have a tuxedo cat named Bernard. I lived in Portland for about five years now. I am a recent PsU alumni :)
