I love to cook flavorful meals focused on fun concepts and quality ingredients.
Hi! My name is Jacob Gorovoy. I have over eight years of culinary experience, having worked in kitchens and food trucks since the age of 14. I grew up in Colorado, where I cooked at Benzina Italian, ChoLon Asian Bistro, and the Flagstaff House before heading to Bilbao, Spain for a culinary apprenticeship at the one-Michelin-star Restaurante Mina. There, I was able to refine my technique and expand my perspective on what cooking can be.
I’m currently finishing my undergraduate degree at New York University’s hospitality school. Over the past few years, I’ve also been developing an upscale breakfast sandwich concept and operated a food truck during the summer of 2025. I have experience with both fine-dining and casual pop-ups, and I genuinely love creating those experiences.
While I don’t have formal culinary school training, I’m very confident in my abilities and driven by a deep passion for hospitality and food. I look forward to serving you soon—thanks!
