I’m an ambitious and creative chef with a strong drive for perfection and creating each dish with intention and love.
I am a professionally trained chef most recently coming from a fine dining restaurant that specializes in blind tasting menus. I have been in the industry for 10+years and have never looked back! Flipping burgers to put myself through school, working at one of the most prestigious resorts in the nation, helping to build a James Beard awarded restaurant, these experiences and many more, have given me a deep respect for food integrity and guest satisfaction. I genuinely love cooking for others and feel happiest when I have creative freedom in the kitchen. I want to push the ingredients and myself further to create something unique and exciting to share with people!
