I am passionate about ensuring my guests enjoy every dish.

I am a professional chef, with over 20 years of experience. I love to learn and try new things, especially with cooking. I started my career as an egg cook at a diner when I was 16. I got my first head chef job when I was 21 at a local scratch kitchen and I took off from there. I have had a growing fire and passion about food since I was a child, cooking with my grandmother.
