I am a down to earth, easily approachable guy who is willing to work with people to get the best result
I am an executive chef who has been featured twice on FOXs Hell’s Kitchen with Gordon Ramsay. I have worked in high end restaurants all over metro detroit as well as high end private clubs. I enjoy making food that is familiar to everyone but elevating it to the next level. Seafood is a passion of mine, however I enjoy cooking whatever pleases the diner. I do not limit myself to one type of cuisine. I do everything from classic French to Scandinavian to Indian. My favorite part is working with clients to develop a menu that suites their needs and take it one step further to really wow them.
