10 years of professional cooking expirience with a focus on banquets and events. Strong knowledge in Spanish tapas, modern American, and French styles of cooking. I bring a positive attitude and environment to every kitchen I work in. Cooking food is one part, but I believe in genuine connection with clients brings meals and events to the next level.
