I am a mature, professional chef. I graduated from Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College in Asheville, NC. During my time as a student, I was a member of the schools Hot Foods Competition Team and graduated as the top culinary student of my graduating class. I am comfortable cooking a variety of savory and sweet dishes. My work experience includes working in a variety of restaurants, banquet settings, and most recently as a full-time personal chef for a family of four. I find great joy in preparing beautiful, nutritious, and delicious meals.

Chef Jason did a fantastic job for our party of 17. HE was easy to communicate with and made sure I was organized in hosting the event. He was able to put together a low-stress and very delicious multi course dinner, despite different dietary restrictions and a small and unfamiliar kitchen. He was also polite and charming with the rest of the guests. Almost everyone who attended mentioned to me how impressed they were with the food, and personally I think it really exceeded my expectations.
