I have a unique ability to create inspired food. I specialize in rustic from scratch Italian cuisine. You can include any of the "dishes" you see.
I'm a certified private chef. As a young man my first job was in an Italian restaurant and years later i've come back to focus on Italian cuisine. I've created a sauce recipe that starts with Roma tomatoes I roast with herbs, garlic and onion. I also have perfected a dough recipe that bakes up golden and yeasty. Both of these works well with the Brick Oven cooking process as well as saute' per order pasta's.
