I'm a certified private chef. My first Chef focused position was in an Italian restaurant and through the years i've developed appreciation for all types of Gourmet cuisine. I don't believe in offering a broad but shallow range of options then delivering on nothing. I rely on a simple approach to food building that allows me to be flexible while at the same time yielding cuisine with a more focused Identity.
