I am fresh in the culinary world with 3 years under my belt at 19 years old. I have been blessed to work in many kitchens ranging from a private kitchen on a hunting ranch, a food truck, and a fine dining restaurant in Belgium. I am currently enrolled at the Culinary Institute of America and will be graduating with an associates degree in April. I gained my love of cooking through being in the outdoors having camp cookouts and also cooking what I hunt and fish.

Chef Vargas is incredibly talented, attentive and polite! Wonderfully professional and genuine! The care in he placed in our food showed, making a very positive and pleasant expression. Each course was well-presented and extremely delicious; Chef Vargas left my husband and I in awe at his prepping, cooking, presentation, and cleanliness. We will look forward to hearing about his numerous successes in the cooking world. It truly was an honor to have Chef Vargas in our home!
