We had a lovely experience with Chef Manu - the food was delicious and he was very professional!

Chef Manu was an absolute gem! We loved the food and on top of that he was great company. Incredible Mocktails, amazing food. (Nothing was disappointing. We were stunned) His years of experience definitely show. We have never done an experience like this in our home and chef Manu set the bar pretty high. Thank you for everything!

Chef Manu provided an excellent experience for my group of 5 girlfriends traveling to AZ for a winter getaway. We had selected a Southwest/Mexican dinner. It was a big hit and unique experience for most. Chef was engaging and descriptive with the various food presentations. The food was AMAZING! He clearly is passionate about his food creations - and the passion comes through beautifully in the glorious food he shared with us. We were disappointed when the evening ended! I will definitely open my home to Chef Manu again and I provide the highest of recommendations on his service.

Manu did an anniversary dinner for us. The service and the food were both simply superb! He plainly has a passion for his craft that comes through in the care he takes with preparation and presentation. He was generous with his explanations of his techniques and of the flavor profiles he was seeking, and presented everything in an attentive but casual way. We recommend him 100%.

Manu was excellent and the food was delicious. We were a group of 10 having a birthday celebration and we requested a southwestern/Mexican menu. He went over and above the call of duty. I had accidentally booked it for the wrong day. When we connected he arranged his schedule so it would work and he came on the evening I needed him. I was so excited because it was a surprise for my husband’s 60th birthday. So yes it was an amazing dinner, and so grateful he could come when I needed him!!! ????

Chef Manu was awesome, we had a group of 15 of us and he worked closely with us to accommodate the vegetarians as well, providing great alternatives. Manu was outstanding. He arrived on time, had his dishes well prepared and set the foundation for a magical night for my dad's birthday. I would highly recommend this service. His zucchini and salmon carpaccio were the stars of the evening. He was a great communicator and sent us good wine pairing suggestions as well. Especially due to many of us having children on a family vacation, I would highly recommend take a chef for family vacations.
