Cooking is my passion, not my career, so every service is another opportunity to express myself and share my love of food.
I'm a Mexican chef with 10 years of culinary experience working and traveling the world. My cooking reflects my background; from working as a chef at some of the best mexican restaurants in Mexico to becoming an executive sous-chef on a cruise line.
I try to share my life experiences in every dish I make while trying to bring authentic and unique Mexican flavors to the Phoenix area.
