I am a professional chef with over 30 years professional experience in a wide array of cuisines Asian, Latin, French, Italian, Spanish, Caribbean, Indian and Middle Eastern food. I've been in Colorado since 20008 starting as Executive Chef at Blue River Bistro in Breckenridge, ClazyU Ranch in Granby, Great Northern Tavern DTC, La Tour in Vail, Milk & Honey, Panzo, JW Marriot Cherry Creek in Denver. Worked for Stephen Starr in Philadelphia at POD, Buddakon, Continental and Continental Midtown. Worked in Miami for James Beard awarding chef's Mark Militello and Oliver Saucy cooking Latin and Caribbean Cuisine.
