Chef John Manzo was incredible. Everything was on point. He was a great communicator before he came to the house to cook. Everything was efficient, punctual, he kept to himself and them presented each meal with pride and excitement... explaining what everything was. He was very polite and left the place cleaner than it was. Would HIGHLY recommend him specifically.
