We specialize in a variety of cuisine. During the pandemic my families restaurant closed down and I told my wife, I cannot just sit around and not cook. So I started V.E. Chef John, Rachel, and Jalen were the loveliest, most talented team I ever could have asked for. They accommodated all of our wants and needs, cooked a stellar meal, and cleaned up perfectly after themselves. They made it so that our only job was to sit back and enjoy ourselves, and that is exactly what we did! They brought their personalities and the good vibes, blending effortlessly with our group. I truly cannot say enough good things about Chef John and his team, I enthusiastically recommend them!
