Im a professional chef with more than 15 years on the industry. That have managed kitchens from Puerto Rico,Miami, Orlando and now in Hawaii. If you want a fine dinning experience, casual, or comfort i can deliver. Back in central Florida i had a food truck which i also use to run along with mi wife that has an extensive knowledge on Filipino food, we execute 4 and 5 course parties from 8 ppl to 80 ppl.

We were celebrating 10 years of dedicated service for 4 employees who have worked tirelessly! They really appreciated the attentiveness and felt honored.
