I am a chef educator, consultant and private chef. I am a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu and have a masters degree from Johnson and Wales. With expertise in Classical and modern Cuisine Techniques. I honed my craft in kitchens such as Charlie Trotter’s, North Pond, and Merlo in Chicago. Saltwater & Bourbon Steak in Detroit and studied at the famed Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School.
