I am a professional Chef with 6 years of experience. I went to School at The Institute of Culinary Education. After helping start a BBQ catering project I moved to Aspen, CO to work at The Little Nell. Aspens only 5 stars 5 diamond hotel. I then worked at Bouchon Bistro for 3 years. After working through my Sous Chef Role I transferred to Work at 3 Michelin star, The French Laundry.
