Passionate about cooking. Creating love in every bite
I am a professional chef for 8 years now. I’m classically trained in French and Italian cuisine. I was given the opportunity to learn and refine my culinary knowledge working interning at one of the best restaurants in Charlotte called Fin and Fino. When i finished my studies, i moved back home and worked at Unc hospital as a dietitian assistant gaining more knowledge of the different dietary practices and restrictions. After that I landed a Cooking position through a contracted company name Constellation. Now I would like to provide more private practice of my skills.
